  • 3 cups Coconut water
  • 4 Tbls Grass fed gelatin
  • Stevia to sweeten (I use Now brand, 2-3 scoops)
  • Pour room temp coconut water into saucepan, add gelatin and stevia and wisk immediately.
  • Place the mixture over medium heat for 5 minutes and wisk the whole time. (Do not let it boil).
  • Place in refrigerator for 2-3 hours.
  • My kids can never wait! You can put a mold in the freezer and it'll be done in 10 minutes.
